Abstract: The article highlights the methodological aspects of familiarizing of preschool children with the arts and crafts of Kuban. For senior preschoolers it is suggested that complex methods of aesthetic and artistic direction should be used. The content of the work of a teacher in this area is intended to include them in problem-search activities, developing aesthetic value orientation
