Establishment and First Graduates of Ekaterinburg Teachers’ Training Institute

Abstract: Activity of the bodies of public enlightenment in Russia as well as of the guardian of Orenburg educational district responsible for preparation and opening teachers’ training institute in Ekaterinburg is covered. Working plan and members of the first intake and graduates, educational stuff of this educational establishment are analysed.
