The Content of Concept «Educational Center» within Reforming of Penal System

Abstract: Some statements of the draft of the concept of development of penal system, concerning the persons condemned at minor age are examined. Introduction of new model of the educational center is analysed, some suggestions on modification of the current legislation are formulated.
