Profession «Teacher»: The Risk of Abusing the Right to Learn

Abstract: The condition of the school validity, and also the modern Russian and foreign legislation in the sphere of the rights and duties of minor citizens is analyzed, negative sides of absence of duties of minors are shown and possible ways of the decision of the developed problem are offered.
