Abstract: This paper analyzes the experience of development and use of electronic educational resources (EER), and distance learning technologies at a secondary school of the Russian Federation. Relevance of teachers’ training (for creation and usage of info-media distant learning technologies’ educational resource at comprehensive secondary school) is scientifically grounded. The contents and forms of organization, teaching and learning materials for the implementation of the course are considered. This paper focuses on key trends to create the EER; the concept of teachers’ competence formation in distance learning information environment usage is disclosed; pedagogical experiment is described, the results of which confirm effectiveness of the developed method of teachers’ training.
