Administrative Monitoring of the Quality of Professional Development of Public and Municipal Servants: The Concept, Principles and Technology

Abstract: The article focuses on the methodological aspects of administrative monitoring of the quality of professional development of public and municipal servants in the regions of the Russian Federation. The definition of administrative monitoring is given in the context of the object of research. The functional model of the administrative monitoring and principles of its implementation are presented, and systematic and activity-based approach to the designing of the administrative monitoring technology is identified.
