Research Approach in School Management

Abstract: The article suggests the use of research approach in the management of the educational institution through the understanding of its organizational culture. It considers all the priorities of the suggested approach, observes team diagnostics and graphic profiles of the organizational culture, proves the necessity of controlling organizational factors for the successful functioning and development of the school in contemporary framework.
