Modern Student in the Media Environment: Questions of Professional Development

Abstract: The possibilities of the media in the professional development of students, in particular, the future teachers are considered. In terms of the age approach the process of youth development in the media environment is characterized. The basic directions of development of the individual in the media environment, and the associated risks are revealed. The attention is paid to the influence of media on the development of professional competence of students.
