Abstract: Building of the image of educational environment of educational establishment is studied, it promotes good adaptation, integration, individualization of a person. The necessary principles of pedagogical activity are enumerated, among them: conceptuality, parity, social partnership, feed-back, continuity, orientation on positive qualities of personality, sequence, emotional activation.
