Gender Education and the Internet: An Analysis of Trends and the Educational Potential of the World Wide Web

Abstract: The article contains materials of research of the Russian Internet space about the resources devoted to gender subject. Types of sites are allocated, their features and educational potential are designated. On an example of the analysis of interview to representatives of gay community, and also poll at a forum of a city portal of Ekaterinburg, possibilities of use of Internet resources for carrying out sociological researches are shown.
