Abstract: From the legal documents position, public requirements for the formation of value orientation of students in special education are considered. Regulatory and scientific-methodical gap in providing the formation of values among students with disabilities and safe intelligence is revealed. A number of problems in didactic equipment and ways to generate value orientation of children with disabilities are described. The hypothesis as a means of solving this problem is suggested.
