Abstract: It is shown that development and a wide spread implementation of different forms of asynchronic teaching in education brings forward new demands to professional competences of teachers and consequently, to their professional training; traditional understanding of the system of education is being changed completely, new functions of a teacher as a moderator of educational activity of students become essential.
