Abstract: The peculiarities of the joint creative professional training of students, formation and development of the basis of the experience of creative design, rationalization activities in creative and pedagogic interaction of educational institutions (teacher of practical training College) and an enterprise (head of practice on the base enterprise) in competitions of professional skills are discussed.
