Training, Adaptation and Advance Training of Bulgarian Teachers

Abstract: The process of training future teachers and ways of their adaptation to school are presented. New law gives possibilities for vertical and horizontal career development of a specialist, but it also challenges the existing system of professional qualification and advance training of teachers.
