Teaching Regulation of Adverse Conditions by Means of Imagination in Training

Abstract: A means of regulating adverse mental states that arise in educational situations are the images of the desired favorable conditions created by imagination. The strength of the impact of these images on a state is determined by their integrity. The paper presents the program of training sessions on the formation of desired state images of high integrity. The proposed program is provided with comments and notes to the peculiarities of conducting the training.
