Organization of Psychological and Pedagogical Practice for Teachers of the Medical University as a Condition of Their Professional Competence Development

Abstract: The role of pedagogical practice as a form of implementation of competence approach in medical institution of higher learning is studied. The ways of implementation of this approach are offered in accordance with the general tasks of modernization of Russian education. The changes of requirements to the level of psychological and pedagogical competence of a teacher of medical university in terms of upgrading education are examined.
