Influence of High Intensity of Trainings on Swimmers in Competitions for Players of High Level

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of influence of high intensity of trainings on swimmers in competitions for players high-level. The analysis of influence of high intensity of trainings is conducted on swimmers in competitions for players high-level and on the capacity of these sportsmen. The specific of intensity of trainings is set and the features of application of its facilities which consist of application of specific physical exercises and procedures of hardening are certain.
