Abstract: The author examines the natural right as the criterion of justice in ethics and legislation since the antique times and to the present. The special attention is given to ideas of domestic and foreign teachers in the field of a moral and legal problems. Author's vision of the given concept corresponds with humanistic guiding line of pedagogy where a fundamental basis of law education of children is "freedom", "justice", "truth", "equality", "good". The author offers the way for realization of law education of children in the comprehensive high school that takes humanistic guiding line to ideas of the natural right into account.
