Abstract: The article deals with the question of formation of foreign language speech-lexical competence and describes the system of exercises for consistent formation of speech-lexical skills and the development of speech-lexical competence of a future specialist on the bases of communicative, person and activity centered, cognitive and thesaurus centered approaches.
