Further Professional Education of Specialists in the Social Sphere: Essence and Content

Abstract: The article deals with the continuous professional education as a prerogative of effective professional activity of specialists in the social sphere, the goals and peculiarities of education of adults with experience of work in the social sphere. It also presents the ways of development of the educational process in the system of professional education of specialists in the social sphere.
