Abstract: The article deals with the educational innovations. Now key tendency of development of education in our country is its modernization aimed at achievement of a new quality. The realization of this modernization is possible on the basis of innovational activity, which assumes development of new ideas, their substantiation and introduction. In this connection the major role of philosophy of education consists in methodological and conceptual foundations of innovational processes in education.
