Abstract: The article analyzes the works of V. V. Khorkhunov on the problems of integration and inclusive education in the home and foreign pedagogy. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the regional conception of providing complex aid to the children with limited physical abilities in the Urals Region. V. V. Khorkhunov’s contribution to the solution of the problem is marked.
