Professional Experience Model of a Civil Servant of the Middle Urals Region

Abstract: Practical work with civil servants to improve their professional competence made it possible to work out a five-factor model of their professional experience. The extreme opposite factors determine the correlations in decision making in public and personal spheres. Understanding the model of professional activity will not only help to build a constructive system of advanced education, but will also improve the management of human and staff resources in the civil service.
