Technology of Improving Effectiveness of Higher School Management System on the Basis of Information Technologies

Abstract: The article is devoted to the improvement of university management on the basis of innovation and information technologies. The works of contemporary scholars in the field of improving the effectiveness of the management system of the university are analyzed, the principles of perfection are revealed, the steps of the introduction of technology to improve the system of university management are described: construction of a process model, strategic platform of choice information, search for problem areas and control of, search for optimal solutions , adjustment process model, planning, innovation and information technology, innovation and information technology.
