Abstract: The article deals with the problem of implementation of a new kind of activity of a preschool educational establishment, i.e., the monitoring of educational services on the basis of a SWOT-analysis, The authors developed a technology for the realization of this method, which would allow teachers involved in education in pre-school educational institutions to better identify the strengths and weaknesses of their activities, as well as predict possible opportunities and threats
