The Role of Typological Features of Parents in Psycho-Pedagogical Support of Court Disputes on Parenting

Abstract: The article reveals that the growing role of the family in shaping the child’s personality , as well as the growth of legal consciousness of parents, causes a significant increase in the number of court disputes on parenting. However, the transfer of a psychological conflict into the legal field does not lead to its resolution, and sometimes even aggravates the situation. In the light of these observations, special importance is attached to the studies of a systemic nature, focused on the investigation of significant typological characteristics of parents participating in court disputes on parenting.Such studies may function as a psychological foundation of a constructive resolution of a particular conflict situation associated with child parenting.
