Professionally Mobile Practice as the Basic Component of Training Specialists of the Social Sphere

Abstract: The paper examines such quality of a person as mobility. It gives the definition of professional mobility and defines the competencies, which are formed in the process of a professionally mobile practice. The article describes the method of management of formation of these competencies.
