Program “Sides of the Urals”: Developing Axiological Attitude to the Native Region at Preschool Children

Abstract: Many years of research prove that the earlier we start to teach children norms of behavior, which include responsibility, patriotic attitude, cooperation etc., the more stable is their positive attitude to life and the motherland. This article describes region-focused program ―Sides of the Urals‖ that includes information about the unique character of the Urals, which forms the basis of development of axiological attitude to the native region.
