Abstract: In modern market conditions, the education sector is positioned as an independent branch of economy. The state and consumers constantly increasing requirements stimulate the effectiveness of activities of the universities. For management of universities it actualizes the problem of improving the quality of financial and economic provision of its activity. The article gives an interpretation of the key concepts of quality management of financial and economic activity of the university and the model of this process.
