Abstract: The paper describes the model of the educational process, in which the conditions and mechanisms demanding the discovery and development of personal and creative potential of students are implemented. Conditions and mechanisms result from regularities of the psychology of child’s development as subjective reality, as an individual, the psychology of knowledge and didactics in the construction of the educational process.
