Development of Subjectivity of Students in Conditions of Formal and Non-formal Education

Abstract: Nowadays it is impossible to deny the role and importance of knowledge and skills in information sphere but they should not be acquired at the expense of knowledge and skills in production or real life. The issues of harmonious development of the personality of the child, of his/her creative abilities, of teaching and upbringing based not only on the child and his kinesthetic activity remained priority. In Russia a system of training of elementary school teachers was gradually forming. Its features were an emphasis on mastering school programs, thorough study of theoretical, methodical and technological issues, and diversity of practical work. This is also supported by the influence that his personality has on the children’s development as members of society. The leading role of the teacher is given in the organization of the teaching and learning process, the definition of the goals for each lesson, its structure and organization. This is also related to the teacher’s ability to successfully manage the teaching and learning process and his/her capacity to foresee the possible difficulties in the working process in order to prepare the children to overcome them.
