Formation of Pedagogical University Students` Organizational Loyalty

Abstract: The article deals with the notion ―organizational loyalty‖ with regard to university students on the basis of the analysis of research works by foreign and domestic authors. The results of the research of pedagogical university students` organizational loyalty are presented. They are obtained within the framework a special training program.
