Abstract: Modern technologies have completely changed not only the process of cognition but also the process of learning. Due to the Internet, a huge mass of information and specialized information systems there appeared and is actively developing a new form of learning – e-learning. Nevertheless the traditional education technologies are also present in the new form. The article deals with the possibility of usage of modern technical teaching aids in the organization of e-learning. A new technology of document camera application in conducting webinars is described.
