Structural and Functional Model of the Development of Important Qualities of a Teacher in Multicultural Educational Space

Abstract: Professionally important qualities of teachers as specialists (experts) on multiculturalism are enumerated. Theoretical approaches to the working out and implementation of the model of educational process and its development are defined. The principles, strategy, methods of training and criteria of assessment of successful development of professionally important qualities are described.
