Characteristics of a Modern Higher School Teacher

Abstract: The article is devoted to the importance of future teachers training in higher school. The basic requirements for higher school teachers, the characteristics of the future teachers and their responsibilities at the present stage of development of education, as well as the main challenges facing teachers of higher school have been considered in the article.
