Abstract: The article deals with the problem of implementation of the all-Russian sports complex ―Ready to Work and Defense‖ (GTO) in Sverdlovsk region. It analyzes the information about the experimental implementation of the complex in 2010-2013 and defines the main problems that demand further study.
