Abstract: The article deals with the problem of evaluation of the quality of pre-school education from the perspective of akmeologiche approach, the quality of pre-school education category and multifunctional, the author focuses on the issue of professional self-realization of a teacher as one of the conditions for ensuring the quality of pre-school education. in article paid attention to substantive help of quality control as odmany of the methods for evaluating the quality of preschool education by adhering to positions of g. g., Azgal′dova, e. p. Rajhmana and Subetto A.i. score the quality of preschool education on the basis of the scale prdlagaetsâ scale (from Latin Scala-ladder) is a system of numbers, variables in ascending or descending order, made to measure, measure, evaluate something. the article uses the concept of ordinal-based grading scale on a higher or lower. on this basis, the article highlights the levels of pedagogical skills of teachers of pre-school education in accordance with which it is possible to professional teacher early childhood education graduation.
