Abstract: There is certain need for highly skilled workers on modern industrial enterprises. It is necessary to create conditions to a productive professional self-realization to overcome this problem. We found that highly skilled workers are subject to professional fulfillment. In addition to appropriate education and experience, they possess the creativity and independence of judgment, mobility, autonomy, self-efficacy and flexibility in professional activities, creative approach, striving for improvement, capacity for reflection, personal interest in the professional growth and performance. The analysis of the literature in combination with the study of practical experience of several units on defense production enterprises enabled to isolate and characterize two groups of organizational conditions: creating a flexible system of incentives, development of equipment and technology that meets the current needs of the economy, the development of the corporate relations team, the positioning of the merits of the employee, his achievements, encourage career growth, the possibility of free choice of actions and decisions. The authors propose to involve highly skilled workers in the process of training new personnel in order to make their career opportunities realized.
