Abstract: The article deals with the themes, which are associated with the highest level of a person’s development and the process of actualization of inner potential of an individual. The given process is described with the help of systems and levels of «Person-Oriented Conception of Happiness» (POCH) elaborated by the author. The dual-system nature of POCH gives an opportunity to regard scientific theories from different points of view, while its multilevel character enables to assess their “depth” and “height” in the process of comparative analysis. Theoretical and experimental work undertaken by the author in recent years enables some qualitative generalizations dealing with the group of terms associated with acme – the highest stage of individual development. The highest level of both systems of development is linked to the notions «individuality», «love», «meaning», «wisdom» and «spirituality», which opens new horizons for investigations in humanistic and positive psychology. The discovered regularities create possibilities for optimizing the educational process aimed at assessment and all-round development and further productive realization of the individual potential by the pupil. The recognition of the fact that every person is endowed with a unique inborn potential, and restructuring of the process of education in this direction could lead to a dramatic growth of examples of productive self-realization and could further social progress.
Key words: Spirituality; wisdom; happiness; systemic approach; personal uniqueness; meaning; love.
