Abstract: The article considers pedagogical interaction between educational organizations as one of the directions of implementation of the managerial model of accompanying teachers in the process of increasing their professional competence. The author focuses on the forms of pedagogical interaction that have found application in the practice of the methodological work of High school No. 47 in Ekaterinburg: mobile lessons, methodological sessions, facilitation sessions, foresight sessions, pedagogical laboratories.
