Improvement of the State Final Exam for Future Teachers on the Basis of the Requirements of Professional Standard

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of improving the procedures of state final certification of graduates of pedagogical universities in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and Professional Teacher Standard. At the moment, there are some discrepancies between federal standards and existing requirements for conducting GIA, for example, the traditionally established forms of conducting the State final certification of graduates of pedagogical universities (WRC protection and subject examination) do not allow a sufficiently complete, objective assessment of the results of modern training of graduates to professional -pedagogical activity and the possibility of their participation in the national system of teacher growth; In addition, the introduction of a national teacher growth system has changed the procedure for assessing the qualification level of working teachers, which has previously been carried out at the regional level in various centers and organizations for the training of teachers. The created new model of state final certification includes a professional exam to assess the readiness of future teachers for professional activities. It is proposed to include in the state professional exam the professional and subject components of the assessment of graduates' readiness for professional and pedagogical activity. The professional component includes materials for the assessment of psychological, pedagogical and methodological competencies. For the development of its content, the EFOM complexes and materials that will allow assessing the readiness of graduates within the framework of the 77 requirements of the GEF IN should be used. These materials should be created by university professors in collaboration with representatives of the employer. The subject component is designed to assess the subject knowledge that the future teacher should possess. These should include not only the knowledge, the presence of which is checked during the exam. The consideration of the results of the state professional exam in a pedagogical university as the first teacher qualification exam is discussed.
