Abstract: The problem of special training of teachers to work in the system of inclusive education has been understudied until recently. The adjustment of the legislation in different levels and the changes in socio-cultural conditions have caused high demand for research works in the field of the content of professional training of teachers with regard to inclusive education. A teacher is a key member of educational process that takes into account all the aspects of inclusive teaching in an educational establishment. The existing studies on inclusive teachers underline that many school psychologists do not have the necessary qualification to work with children with special needs. Some research works prove that the problem of teaching specialists to work with children with developmental disorders in inclusive education is underdeveloped and needs special attention. The article discusses the questions of teaching defectology students of the Secialty 44.03.03 “Special (Defectological) Education (Profile – Special Psychology; Speech Therapy) to work in the system of inclusive education. The results of the theoretical and applied research of formation of informational, emotional and motivational components of psychological readiness of students to work in inclusive education are presented. The article describes the results of approbation of the program aimed at formation of the components of psychological readiness of students to work in inclusive education. It covers the tasks, the content and the stages of work. The efficience of the program is proved by the results of the experiment which was carried out after the training.
