Implementation of Information Technology Model of Training of IT-Specialists in the Field of Programming in 1C Software

Abstract: In article describes an approach to implementation of information technology model of training of future IT specialists in the field of programming in the 1C software. The possibility of use of the modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in educational process is analyzed. Feasibility of application of the information technology model of training is justified as it employs the possibilities of the modern ICT. The purposes, the principles and features of IT model of training are described. Conditions of success of application of IT model are considered: technological, didactic, methodical and organizational. It is proposed to modify the model, as it is necessary to correlate the elements of readiness with the stages of learning within IT model. Besides, the conditions of its applicability with the use of technology of a screen casting in training activity were made more precise. As a model of training in the field of programming in 1C software it is offered to use the information technology model developed by the author of this article. The stages of the modified information technology model of training of future IT specialists are described. The course of the experimental operations on implementation of information technology model of training of future IT specialists in the field of programming in system 1C is described. The choice of the personal environment of training for creation and implementation of an electronic educational and methodological complex in the subject «Administration and Programming in 1C Software» is justified. The educational process based on cloud services of Google Suite for Education and Google Class is described (management system educational process). The efficiency and feasibility of the training methods is proved on practice. The results of formation of readiness of students for the solution of professional problems in the field of programming in 1C are presented. The conclusion about an opportunity and feasibility of implementation of information technology model of training of future IT specialists in the field of programming in 1C software is drawn.
