Abstract: Information science is considered as one of the most innovative important subjects within the framework-secondary school-Higher school. New methodological approaches are necessary in teaching information science at Higher, educational establishments. In addition new educational information science programmers are submitted at international and national levels. The students should hare a choice in learning information science, their competence, major or individual preferences being taken into account.
