The Problem of Forming the Law Competence of the Tourism

Abstract: The problem of forming the law competence of the tourism is reviewed in this article; it reveals the meaning of the term «law competence», that is on the edge of two sciences: pedagogies and the law; it analyses the main base-competences and determines the place of law-competence among the fundamental professional-competence.
