Description of Russian Vowel Phonemes System in the Aspect of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language

Abstract: The article focuses on the use of description of Russian phonological system in order to teach foreign students Russian pronunciation in the absence of Russian language environment. The history of vowel phonemes system, vowels / in particular, helps find the best ways to develop pronunciation skills in the process of teaching foreign students Russian phonetics.
