Abstract: The article deals with self-realization of a graduate from Children’s Art School which is presented as a process and result of the implementation of the personal potential in a creative activity. Specific features of cultural and educational environment of a small town are analyzed to reveal effectiveness of self-realization. A model of self realization is given to coordinate the activities of a graduate.
