Image of a Higher School Lecturer: A Problem of Self-Realization in Educational Corporation

Abstract: The problems of educational communication between lectures and students a higher school are discussed. Contradictions between expectations of experts, lecturers and students to realization of educational communication are revealed. The author deals with the problem of self-realization of a teacher in an educational establishment.
