Cross-Cultural Approach to the Mission of a College Teacher

Abstract: The innovative development of education, which became a strategic choice of Russia and Ukraine, created objective conditions for actualization of the national idea — the idea of service. In this connection it becomes apparent, that the current changes attract the interest to the problem of college teacher mission as a bearer and guide of the cultural values.
