Abstract: On the basis of structural functional analysis of college teachers’ innovative activity the basic characteristics of their professional mobility are identified. The subject of the investigation is creation, assimilation and implementation of innovations into teaching practice. The aim of the research is to specify key qualities of professional mobility and work out a technology of their formation.
